Orthopedic conditions are generally covered by insurance but may require a physician’s referral. Neuropathy coverage requires a “loss of functional capacity” as outlined by Medicare to be covered. Tinnitus treatment is not covered by any insurance. We do offer affordable cash programs that start as little as $50 per session.
